Highlights include an overview of the Cape Verdean communities in the Fox Point section of Providence and Pawtucket, Rhode Island and President Pereira’s visit to New Bedford, MA and visit to the schooner ERNESTINA, beloved queen of the Cape Verdean packet trade.
